Team beheer at work with DISC session

Within our organisation, we like to give our colleagues the chance and opportunity to develop personally and professionally. We therefore offer a wide range of training courses from our Vesting Finance Academy. For instance, in addition to the Corporate Introduction, we also provide in-house training such as a course in giving and receiving feedback or a DISC session to empower teams even more. The training courses are provided by our Learning & Development Officer. In addition, we offer colleagues with ambition to give sessions to larger groups the opportunity to discover their talents and develop themselves in these.

Within our organisation, we like to give our colleagues the chance and opportunity to develop personally and professionally.

We therefore offer a wide range of training courses from our Vesting Finance Academy. For instance, in addition to the Corporate introduction, we also provide in-house training such as a course in giving and receiving feedback or a DISC session to empower teams even more.

Today, Özgür had the honour of delivering this DISC session as a kick-off to her team to work on her own personal goals and growth as well.

Özgür: ‘Development (both individual and team) always starts with (self)understanding and awareness. The moment you can communicate through clear and understandable language, then you can work constructively with each other. The DISC model contributes enormously to making this happen! The DISC model, combined with giving yourself insights and making yourself aware in this way, has caught my attention. I was therefore honoured to take my team into the wonderful world of DISC and work together on better communication and cooperation. This kick-off enabled me to make a start on my own personal growth and development in the field of organising and giving sessions to a larger group. It's great that Vesting Finance offered me this opportunity!’
