We see that preventing debt collection procedures is an increasingly important topic in discussions with our clients. This is partly due to the ever-increasing importance of a sound and socially responsible debtor management process.

Together with a major banking client, we have developed a new service, where we use an intensive contact strategy in the period before a loan is claimed to do everything possible to avoid collection proceedings. For our client, this ensures higher retention and customer satisfaction; for the consumer, this service provides an additional opportunity to resolve matters with us in a timely manner and avoid increases.
